Stefan is an award-winning misinformation and communication strategist specialising in politics, polarisation and social media. Cutting his teeth at Chatham House, and then building his expertise at the Center for Countering Digital Hate, he has offered critical advisory on mis- and disinformation response to esteemed organisations including the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organisation, national and local government, health agencies and more. Stefan gained prominence by leading the first UK PR industry service dedicated to combating misinformation. Notably, he and his team undertook industry-award winning, pro-bono efforts to counter Russian disinformation in Ukraine. Stefan’s contributions have been acknowledged with recent honours, including being named one of Aspen Institute UK’s Rising Leader Fellows and earning a spot on PR Week’s 30 Under 30 list for 2023.

 

Stefan is also a fully qualified Science Communicator from Imperial College London.
